I have a two year old daugther and her father didnt sign the birth cerf. i dont allow him to see her because he dont help me take care of her.I dont know if he's on child support but i do believe they sent me a letter at my old address.He doesnt have a job moved out of state and doesnt have a stable lifestyle can if he was to go to court what type of custody might they seek him
